Terms of Service

1. Informational use only

The advisors provide AI-generated, informational recommendations only, not professional, medical, financial, legal or investment advice (see Disclaimer). You rely on them, and on any third-party destination, entirely at your own risk.

2. No warranties

The service, advisor output, market figures and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind (express, implied or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, officers and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, funds or opportunity, arising from or relating to the service, advisor output, third-party destinations, or the $CON token, even if advised of the possibility. The Company's total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to the Company in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

4. Reservation of rights

All content, marks, designs, data and software are owned by the Company or its licensors; all rights are reserved. You are granted only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service as intended; any other use requires our written consent. The Company may modify, suspend, limit or terminate the service, any feature, or any account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

5. Indemnity

You will indemnify, defend and hold the Company harmless from any claim, loss or cost arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

6. Partner and advertiser terms

These apply to businesses listing products via partners.conconai.com.

• Honesty rule: placement is earned by fit; paid status never buys ranking over a better-fit listing, and sponsored placements are clearly labeled.
• Content rules: listings must be accurate, lawful and non-deceptive, and you must hold all rights and licences.
• Regulated verticals: health and finance listings require the relevant licences and may not make prohibited claims; the Company may gate or reject them.
• Billing: advertisers pay for results (CPC/CPL/CPA) in $CON via a prepaid $CON balance; all partner spend is denominated and paid in $CON, not fiat. The Company never pays partners (no payouts). Taxes are the partner's responsibility.
• Leads and data: partners are independent controllers of the contact data they receive and must comply with applicable law.
• Aggregated insights: the Company derives aggregated, anonymized demand and market insights from network activity (including listing and event data) and may use, share or commercialize these aggregate products; no individually identifiable data is sold.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Ajman / Ajman Free Zone), excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved by binding confidential arbitration seated in the UAE under the DIAC rules, in English, before a sole arbitrator, on an individual basis only; class and collective actions and jury trials are waived.
